I have created a document that I would like to personalise via mail merge
before sending out (it's an invitation to an event). The document contains an
image, with the greeting line field appearing in front of it. When I send the
email to other outlook users, it generally appears as I want it to. However,
when I send the email to gmail, for example, the greeting line field appears
below the image. How do I lock the field in position for sending to
non-outlook accounts, without affecting the ability to personalise?
