Viewing Markup/Track Changes causes CPU to run at 60%.............

I have a 28 page Word 2002 document that if I turn on track changes, and or
view Markup the CPU jumps dramatically. If I turn it off it drops back down
to nearly 0%. It seems to jump up quickly if I arrow down to a Page Break.
The document does have tables inserted within it as well.

Any thoughts of why it's doing this?
