Viewing message in Internet Zone

I have just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from OL2000. We use Exchange 2003.

When I open emails I get a banner at the top stating "You are now viewing
this message in the Internet Zone". The email was an HTML type message.

Can you give me some ideas what would trigger this type of banner and what
the impact is in a business environment?
