viewing messages from one account on two computers

I use two computers at home to view my Outlook account.
I have found that if I receive on one computer, it does not appear on the
other computers inbox & vice versa.
I can send from both & receive messages on both, even sent from one &
received on the other. The problem is that once read on one it will not
appear on the other.
Has anyone any thoughts ?

Both machines are probably set to delete mail once it's downloaded. You need
to choose one machine to be the 'master' that will delete after downloading
so your mailbox doesn't overflow with old mail.

What version of Outlook are you using?

Easy2Sync for Outlook. I've been using this for years and it is simple, fast
and robustAND cheap!
