Viewing more than one Calendar

Hello,

I am pretty concerned about the answer I will get from this.

I have my calendar with Categories for all my stuff.
I have some staff who have Calendars (with permission for me to review)
And I have a global Team Leave calendar.

I want to compare events on these calendars, so I can see if someone's leave
clashes with other staff activities etc.

I understand I can open these in other windows (instance of entourage)
however I want to overlay the cals - view them side by side.

In iCal I can set up subscribed cals, google cals and all kinds of cal dav
cals that I can turn on and off and compare - easy.

I will be stunned if entourage thinks its a collaboration tool if you cannot
compare cals side by side (without having to buy another cinema display !!
)

You unfortunately simply cannot do it in Entourage :-\

I'm missing something. Why can't you open two windows in Entourage and
adjust their sizes and locations so that you display them side by side?

Are you kidding !! give it a try and tell me how nice it feels.
Oh why o why didnt google calendars think of that !!! lets have 3
browser windows open instead of overlaying calendars ! - erm because
that is the probably the worst way of doing things !
if Snow leopard and iCal link to exchange and iCal works like iCal M$
can say good bye to mac users forever

So does anyone know of any other application to access exchange cals while we wait for Snow Leopard
