Viewing mpp files in PWA without MSProject

If I don't have MAProject on my desktop and someone emails an mpp file to me,
is there a way I can get it into the server to view the schedule with PWA?

Someone in your organization who has Project Professional installed would
need to import the project into PWA for you. But I would have to ask
whether that a valid use of Project Server. Hope this helps.
