Viewing MRU's

Is there an easy way to view other users' MRU lists (that are generated by
Office Applications) from your own login?

We have a section with 3 admin assistants; when one or two of them is (are)
out, the other(s) sometimes need to get to a file that was being worked on
the previous day or week. The problem is, where did they put the file? They
should put it on the network, with the appropriate naming convention.

So, I've been looking for a way or utility to EASILY view other users'
lists, without going into the registry.

Are there any suggestions?
