I have 8 baselines saved. I want to view all of them at once...
I click on View...More Views...View Multiple Baselines....
However I only see 3 baselines. Can somebody please explain to me in steps
how to view all my 8 baselines.

Thanks in advance

Modern talking,
You only see three baselines because that is the way the multiple
baselines view is set up - but, it's easy to modify for your needs. Go
ahead and apply the multiple baselines view. Then go to Format/Bar
Styles. In the Bar Styles window you will see how the bars are set up
for the first three. Just add your additional baselines using a similar
bar format and you will be all set.

Hope this helps.

I thought this did it but it did not work for me really. I have 5 baselines
defined. I added the start and finish dates for my other baselines using
format/bar styles. I can not see all 5. However when i change the row to a 2
or a 3 for some baseline start finish dates using format/bar styles, only
then i can see my other baselines. However this way i have extra rows and
messes up the view, any ideas?

Hi Modern Talking,

You are correct. Because of the thickness of the bars available in the
Format > Bar Styles dialog box, you will only be able to display a
maximum of 3 bars per row without running the risk of overlaying one bar
over another.

The Multiple Baselines Gantt view is a good example of displaying the
Baseline, Baseline1, and Baseline2 bars all in one row. To add
additional bars without overlaying another bar, you will need to go to
row 2 (additional 3 bars stacked) or row 3.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
