Viewing multiple pages in Web Preview

Have started working on small website. Have completed two pages, and
hyperlink works in in production stage, but does not work when "seeing what
it looks like on the web". Is there someway to get hyperlinks working in the
web preview?

Which version of Publisher and how specifically are you entering the
hyperlinks? Is this from the main navbar or did you make your own menu or
links?
