Unfortunately, no. However, the old files can be translated into a
version that is compatible with whatever release of Project you have.
You will need to have someone who has Project 98 or earlier do the
translation. If you want to do that and don't know anyone with the older
version, I will do it for you. Just zip the file(s) and send them to me
via e-mail. If they are not corrupt, I will translate them to a later
version.
