Viewing Options in FP 2003

I have just installed FP2003 on my new laptop and opened my website.

On my old installation I could see an icon wherever I had inserted some HTML
code such as the code for a "buy now" button.
On the laptop I can't see these icons

How do I make them show up? Doubtless its an option i need to tick somewhere
but i cant see it. Can someone point me to it please.
