Viewing Other Calendars

I am running Windows Professional 2000 and Outlook (Small
Business) 2003 and would like to connect our office so as
to view each other's calendars through outlook. Is there
any easy way to do that? I thought I had to download
Microsoft Exchange, but it seems to run on Microsoft
Server 2003, which we do not have. Can you please help
me? Thank you.
