Viewing Other People's Calendars

Good Afternoon:

I have two users that I am trying to support. The first user is trying to
view the second user's calendar. The first user has delegate rights to read
the second user's calendar only. However, when the first user tries to view
the second user's calendar, he receives the following error: "Unable to
display folder. The information store could not be opened."

I've performed a repair of Microsoft Office on the first user's computer as
well as installed all Critical Windows and Office updates. Where does this
problem reside and how can it be resolved?

Any ideas that you may have to correct this issue would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Brian:

Thank you for sending that informative link. However, it still does not
solve the problem of the error message that I am receiving. All of the items
outlined in that tutorial that you've presented to me are setup propertly on
the computers in question.

Do you or any of your colleagues have any other suggestions at all?

There have been other posts here about sharing calendars. Perhaps something

Sounds good to me, Brian. I'll check out the links and see what results they
produce.
