Viewing other peoples outlook sends me their emails aswell

Hi All

Wondering if anyone can help. We use Outlook 2003 and I have allowed a user,
say David to view someone elses Outlook Calendar, say for example Steve. etc
but by giving David permmisson David also receives confirmation of acceptance
whenever Steve accepts meetings, tasks ect from other people.

Is there anyway that it can be set up so David can view Steves outlook, but
not receive any mail that Steve sends/accepts unless they are to David from
Steve!

Hope this is understood

Kind Regards

Peter

Sounds like Steve made David a delegate rather than just granting access to
his Calendar folder. Turn off the delegate access in Tools | Options |
Delegates. Adjust the folder permissions in the Properties dialog for the
folder.

Hi Sue

Yes you are correct. That is what has happened. Can I sort it so David can
just view Steve's Calendar and inbox?
