Using outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. We have a user who wants to see
the tasks from another mailbox (a dummy account to track calendar items
and tasks) on his Outlook Today screen. The user has owner permissions
to the mailbox of the second user (including tasks, calendar, inbox,
etc.). He is also set up as the delegate for the second mailbox. I
have set up the user's profile so that it opens the second mailbox when
he launches outlook. That works fine and he can see everything in the
second mailbox. When I go into Outlook today, and customize it, I can
select folders from the other mailbox to display on the today screen.
The folders show up, but it says there are no items in them.
(Tasks...0 items, Inbox...0 items) etc. When I go directly to the
tasks of the second mailbox directly, I can see that there are tasks in
there - they just don't show up on the today screen. Is this a bug,
and is there a way to make it work?
