Viewing others calendar

When using Outlook 2002, as we migrate users to Exchange
2003 w/ active directory they are able to view the
calendars of other users who are still on Exchange 2000;
however the attempt to grant permissions an error is
received ...permissions could not be saved. The client
operation failed. We have modified the default settign to
say reviewer. We were successful in setting up the
delegate from tools...options, buth when the user attempts
to open the calendar of the AD user they receive an
error 'Unable to disply the folder. The Information store
could not be opened'

Any ideas...

We are having the same problem, giving people delegate
rights to other people's folders, such as Calendar
Any ideas would be appreciated...
