It seems that on entourage 08, it's not possible to view partipants responses AFTER the meeting has started. For some reason instead of the link in the yellow bar at the top that says 'view attendee status', one minute after the meeting has started it says 'this appointment occurs in the past'. this is stupid because 1)i know it's in the past and 2)the moment when you really need to know whether people accepted or declined is when you see they don't show up, so that you know whether to wait for them.

has anyone found a way around that?

Very interesting. I'd never noticed that before but I'm seeing the same
behavior.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature
changed in future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism
in any Office application.

I did find a work around that at least presents the the information
after the fact. When you receive a response message from someone
(Accepted, Declined, etc.) then keep it. You can open this response
after the meeting and you'll have a "Show Attendee Status" link there
that works.

Hope this helps!
