Viewing photos in forms and reports - problem

Hi there

I posted a while back about viewing photos in forms and
reports. Thanks to all for good help tips. I was able to
follow some instructions and VOILA - view jpg's in both my
forms and reports. I did this using test data.

Once we were ready to do the data entry for a project, I
stupidly did not make a copy of the test and just deleted
all the table data to start the data entry over. I also
deleted the photo file that I had initially inserted in
the imageframe. Once we started data entry and created
new links for photos related to the new data, it wouldn't
recognize the phots, and I can't view them. The program
also, while opening the database, notified me that it
couldn't read that initial photo file.

I tried putting a new file path in the picture property
for the imageframe, but it tells me that it doesn't
recognize the file type. The photos are jpgs, and the
test photos were jpgs also. I have tried to change the
file to a bmp, but that's not working, either. I have
tried to recreate the process (create a new imageframe,
verify the Visual Basic scripts, insert a new photo,
etc.), but it still keeps looking for that old one and not
recognizing anything new.

Two final details: the new photo file location is a CD
ROM. Does that matter? Also, I installed Access 95 today
due to the needs of a different client. Might that have
messed up my Access 2000?

UGH! Sorry for all the verbage, but I wanted you to have
all the details.

Thanks for any guidance
- Johnette
