Viewing public folders on exchange server

Does anyone know if it is possible to view and access public folders when
using Entourage connected to an exchange server? If I switch to windows and
use outlook the public folder list is there and accessible but it does not
appear in entourage and there seems no way of viewing the public folder
list.

You should see an item in your folder list called "Public Folders." You can
click on the triangle next to it to expand the full list.

If this doesn't work, you may need to determine the actual address for your
Public Folders by navigating to them in OWA and then plugging that into the
Public Folders box in your Exchange account setup (Advanced Tab). Post again
if you need more help with this.
