Viewing Revision boxes

Hallo,

To provide a logo for a website I'm hoping to develop I'd like to make
screen snapshots (SnagIt) of those little oval boxes which appear on the
right of the screen during reviewing. The thing is I want them without the
text [Comment Filby: blahblah] which appears inside them. That is, I only
want the box with its background colour. Is it possible to get them to show
without text using VBA?

I realise I can snapshot them and then remove the text with something like
Paint Shop Pro, but this seems to me to be prone to unsatisfactory results.
Especially as I 'm not an expert there either.

Any tips gratefully received.

I think this is what you need to do. It's not hard in PSP :)

- Find the "eyedropper" tool and use it to RIGHT-click on the background
color
- Use the selection tool (dashed-line-box) to select the text
- Press Delete
