I am a delegate for another users calendar access within Outlook (2003).
When I go to my calendar and click on Open a shared calendar\enter the users
name\her calendar does in fact open for me but I am unable to view her name
on the top of the calendar. Is there a way for me to get the user name on
the top of the calendar? I have delegate rights to another users calendar
and I can view their calendar just fine with their user name located on the
top of the calendar.
Also, located in the Other Calendars selection in My calendar the user that
I can not see the calendar name on top does not appear here for me to turn on
and off. The only way for me to close out of her calendar is to go to my
mail folder then back to my own calendar. Again, the other user that I can
see the user name on the top also remain within my Other Calendars.
Weird.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
