Viewing the anchor for graphics

I have the paragraph markers displayed in the Word document but it is not showing the anchors for graphics. I need to move the anchor so I can delete the paragraph without deleting the graphic but I can't see the anchor to move it.

Thanks to anyone who can help me learn how to display the anchors for the graphics!

Are you sure the graphic isn't In Line with Text? If it is there will not be
an anchor.

If you're sure the graphic does have wrapping applied but the anchor still
doesn't display go to Word> Preferences> View, tick the box for Object
Anchors. That should fix it.

Another problem with graphics - how do I get rid of what forces the graphic to be in the middle of the page. I want it to align left.
Thanks.

Hi Liz -

See Word Help on the topic:

Position a picture anywhere on the page

If you have any specific problems please don't hesitate to ask, but supply
all pertinent information including Word & OS X version & a complete
description of the problem... And please don't hijack existing threads. If
the replies to another's problem don't solve your issue you probably don't
have the same situation. It's also far less likely that your message will be
seen by many who may have the answers you need.
