Viewing Thumbnails of Design Templates

I've created some new master templates in Powerpoint 2003. They are now
appearing in my "Slide Design" area as recently used, etc. but the
thumbnails are completely white, ie. no mini image of the design? Is this a
bug - or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Yes, I opened a blank presentation, went into the slide master and then
made the amendments and saved it as a new type of .pot template (followed the
Microsoft tutorial). It works perfectly well - except the thumbnail of the
design is blank.

Someone else had this problem recently. How did you create the templates?
Did you put your designs on the slide master(s)?

I'm not sure, but I think you probably need a title slide master (with the
background) in the file. Do you have that?

Also, I'd make sure to go to File | Properties and make sure "save preview
picture" is saved on the Summary tab. (I believe it's checked by default,
but I would make sure.)
