Viewing To Do List

Email Client: pop

I used to be able to view my To Do List as soon as I opened Entourage. Suddenly, there is an extra step: I must choose "To Do List" from a menu that includes Inbox/Calendar/To Do List/Send Directly to me.

Is there a way to avoid this extra step?
