Viewing Visio 2003 in IE and converting to 2002

Is there a plug in I can get so that I can view 2003 .vsd files in IE??

My company only has Visio 2002 - is there a back conversion utility?

you can use the visio viewer available from msdn

sorry, regarding the second half of the question you need v2003 to save as
v2002.
