I am having problems getting the Data Analysis Under reporting to have
anything available in the View Drop-down. Cubes are build correctly and
reporting services seems to be correctly installed.

Anyone please Help

Hi
In order to get something in the View drop down you will have to first
create a view.
Kindly follow these steps:
1. Click on server settings
2. Under Look and Feel group select Mange Views
3. Click on New Viwe button
4. Under view type select Data Analysis
5. Give it desired name.
6. The Pivot Table Field list will now appear
7. This is just like Pivot table in Excel
8. Drag and drop measures in the Total or detail field
9. Drag and drop measure like "Project List in the Row or Column field

It will also give you chart along with table.
Save this view.
Now if you goto data analysis, this particular view will be visible in the
drop down.
You can create as many view as you want for your reports.
This view can also be exported to Excel for further analysis

Hope this helps

i am having the same problems here... i am finally able to build the cube and can also create data analysis views in the server settings, but unfortunately they are not displayed when i click on data analysis on the left side of project web access. can you give me a hint here?
can it have to do with sql server reporting services? i dont know if i need them for this feature and if i need them installed on the project server computer or on the sql server...
thank you for any kind of help

You might want to try lowering the trusted site access to low, using Internet
options in the browser. You do not need reporting services for Project
Server to display Analysis Data.

Remember to also have the right Categories selected as well in the view you
create or you will not have the view in the drop down.
