Views in Task Change

I have a really strange one that I need some insight too.
I will give you a little background first.
I have a shared Outlook 2003 mailbox that runs on a Exchange server.
This mailbox is mostly used for the Task feature. maybe 10 or more have
access to this mailbox. On a Day to Day about 7 use it.
They have their own custom view setup.
Now to the issue; I have 1 user that her custom view goes away and she has
to re set it up again. Or her sort will just change. She is only going from
Active Task to Completed Task. Both of those views are setup to all be the
same. Why is only 1 user seeing it and not the others.

Possibly a corrupted profile.

Try detect and repair Outlook on her machine as the next step. If that
doesn't work, build her a new profile.

I have done the detect and repair with no hope.

In the Profile are your talking the Email Profile or the complete PC profile?
