What determines the table that shows in a view if the table that was in the
view got deleted?

Why don't you give us the particulars? What View? What Table? Let us

I went into enterprise through administrator and cleaned up the tables and
views in an attempt to solve the problem of the message that comes up when
opening a project. The problem message was regarding enterprise global
already has a blah table or view and you must rename or cancel. In "cleaning
up" I deleted a table that was used in the global enterprise resource view.
When the folks who use this view opened it they did not see information in
the order they were use to seeing it. It turned out I had deleted the that
went with the view that came up as the default view when they opened the
resource view. I did get it corrected. But I wondered what determined the
table that the view displayed in since the one it had used was no longer
available. I don't remember the exact names of the view and tables but can
do some research back to my notes to find them when I am back at the office.
Thanks.
