Is it possible to view a task text field i.e text 10
(which has been customised to suit company coding rules)
in a resource table based view or report.

We want to list resource usage with this field listed
rather that the task summary field which appears to be the
only one available

Hi,

You can't view task fields in a resource view. In a Task view, the only
resource fields you can see are Name, Initials and Group.

To get what you want you will need to write a VBA macro and run it whenever
you want current data.
