I know you can change views by going to the mail toolbar to switch. Is
there another way for a user to click on a section where it will go to the
second view without them going to the toolbar and send an email using that
view? Any help will be great, thank your for your time.

Switching view is an action that can be invoked on a rule of a button. And
you can have multiple actions so you typically can integrate view switches
pretty easily. You even can switch to email view, submit email, and then
switch back to another view from one button.
Go to the button's properties and add or edit a rule and use the switch
views action.

I have figured it out not long before you sent this post. I have posted
another question, I hope you can help.
I have created a button, that has actions/rules applied to switch views and
submit an email. It works if there was not form attachment and only a live
form.

When I made a change to allow the form to be edited such as a check box to
be checked off and I would like to be able to follow what did work and just
allow that person to check the check box. It keeps telling me that rules
were not applied. The only thing I changed was allowing the form to be
attach and allow the user to make a change to it. What did I do wrong? How
do I get the rules to apply and still allow the box to be check when
emailed?

After I have tried to fix it, I couldn't get it back to when it worked the
first time.

Thank you for your time.
