Virtual Memory Issues

I've installed Office 2K3 on two different machines and ever since the
install, both machines complain that virtual memory is running low. I am
not a novice, by any means, and I've verified that the VM settings are well
above the requirements. I've tried the VM settings at auto, as well.

I've got the latest patches and updates on the OS and the Office suite and
still the VM errors continue.

Has anyone seen this? Any insight is truly appreciated.

How much physical RAM do you have on the machines and, using the Task
Manager, how much do you show as being used?
