Virtual Server 2005 install not working

I've just installed Virtual Server 2005 and I get this when I try to access
the administration website

Could not connect to Virtual Server. Access was denied.
You can specify an alternate Virtual Server below.

IP address or servername does not work.

If I change the IIS Virtual server pool from local service to local system
on the identity tab I get

The following error occurred:
LsaLogonUser() failed! The name provided is not a properly formed account
name.
