Virus affecting spell-check in Word 2002

When I do a spell check in word I get the following
message: "Word cannot find the grammar file msgr??32.dll
for." click ok, and then another one follows: "Word can
not find spelling file MSSpell.dll or mssp232.dll for.

When I re-installed office XP, my antivirus software
found a file with a similar title to msgr32 and said a
virus was detected called "FDoS-DRinCL"

Anyone know the cure?
