Virus and PST file

The PST file for my Outlook2K got inflected by the virus "JS.Fortnight.C"
and Norton quarantine this file.
What should I do?
I did try repair it by running scanpst.exe on the pst file and import the
file back into Outlook but there is no message inside the 600MB pst file.
