Virus in Outlook.pst

Windows XP SP3

My anti-virus software, Zone Alarm Extreme Security, says the Outlook.pst
has a virus. Since that was the only error, I assume the email attachment was
never activated so the virus did not infect the OS.

ZA does not tell me which email had the attachment.

By the way, Windows Defender does not recognize any virus in the Outlook.pst
file.

Is there anti-virus software which can tell me which email to delete?

Most antivirus software will identify the virus more precisely than that.
Windows Defender, by the way, is AntiSpyware - NOT AntiVirus. If you want
the Microsoft AntiVirus product (and I do recommend it) then you want
Microsoft Security Essentials.
