Visible/Invisible text boxes

Using A2003 I am creating a new contacts database for my employer. I have a
couple of "special" features I would like to incorporate onto the main
Contacts form.

a, I have set the Shipto text boxes to invisible on form current and if the
Shipto Details checkbox (unbound) is ticked, the fields become visible for
data entry. This works as expected but what I'd like to have happen when the
form is opened is if the selected contact has Shipto info previously stored,
the Shipto textboxes will automatically appear as visible.

b, Textbox default value. Further to the above, how would I go about using
the mailing address details as the default Shipto address details once the
Shipto textboxes are visible?

Question A: You need code (probably the same you're already using to make the
text boxes visible) in the form's Form_Current event. As you move from record
to record this will set the visibility accordingly

Question B: I assume you only want the Shipto data to be the same as the
mailing data some of the time. I would:

1) Set up a command button; set up its visibility just like the Shipto text
boxes

2) When it's clicked have

Me.ShiptoAddress = Me.MailtoAddress
Me.ShiptoCity = Me.MailtoCity
Me.ShiptoZipCode = Me.MailtoZipCode
