Visible Property with Vista and Access 2007

I have been experiencing issues with the visible property when used on the
page footer section OnFormat event. I can't get the page footer to be
invisible. When used on the page header section, the detail section is
affected rather than the page header. I'm not sure if it's a bug with Access
2007 and Vista or I may have a corrupt installation. I experience erratic
results (i.e. doesn't always work) even when used on a new database or an
existing database. Anyone else with a similar issue?

I've discovered that when I use the index # instead of the section name, I
get the desired result. For example,

this works ===> Me.Section(4).Visible = False
this doesn't ==> Me.Section(acPageFooterSection).Visible = False

Not sure why.
