visio 2000 and Office Xp clipart problem

I have visio 2000 installed as well as office XP pro. I
was using office 2000 pro previously and had no problems
when I opened up visio and want ed to insert a clipart.
But with office 2000 I do not even see the clipart option
under insert. How do I fix this?
