Hi all,
The problem I'm experiencing is with Visio 2000, which I have just
installed on a WinXPx64 computer along with office 2003.
The version of office 2003 has the quick launch tool bar from office
2000, as the user liked it. This is where the problem seems to lie;
Visio 2000 is now crashing any time a drawing is started, giving the
message of "Visio32 has caused an invalid page fault in module
Mso9.dll".
This type of fault is known to Microsoft and according to them it is
due to office 2000 being installed but never used. Obviously the tool
bar is the problem.
My question, is the solution as simple as upgrading the version of
Visio 2000 to Visio 2003 as removing the office 2000 tool bar is not
possible as the user likes it.
I would greatly appreciate any information anyone can provide
Thanks
Damian.
