Visio 2000 Crow's Feet Problem

I have a client that is using Visio 2000 to create Crow's Feet
Database diagrams. When she right clicks on an entity to add and
attribute nothing appears. If I use her template and stencil on a
fresh install of Visio, I get the same results. The last time this
function worked was about a year ago when the company upgrade system's
from an HP/NT 4.0 platform to IBM/XP. If anyone can provide any
information on this problem I would apperciate it.
