Visio 2000 deployment AD

hello, I have a problem with the deployment of Visio 2000 in an AD
environmenr via GPOs.

i tried adding all MSIs to the GPO User object, the EventLog says "yess,
worked", but neither the Visio Icon in start menu nor program files are
installed.

I installed all msi files, but apparently am missing something crucial.
There are about 30 to 40 MSIs in our Enterprise edition visio.
