VISIO 2000 export to VISIO 4.5 format

I need to share some VISIO work. I have VISIO 2000 the
other person has VISIO 4.5. Both are the "Technical"
versions. Can VISIO 2000 export to VISIO 4.5? Is there a
3rd party tool to accomplish this? Thank You

The only way would be to use a copy of Visio 5.
