Visio 2000 file couldn't be opened

Hi, I have a file that suspected to be corrupted. When I try to open the
file, the message says "Visio internal error: #3400. Action 1283:Open File.
First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio". Is
there a way that I can retrieve this file? Whoever knows, your help is very
much appreciated.
