Visio 2000 problem setting background color when saving as a GIF

I have a chart made in Visio and which I want to post on a web page. Using
the Save As function and selecting the GIF extionsion, the background colors
never come out correctly. The three windows for RGB seem to be functioning
like they are RGR.
