Visio 2000 text moves when view by different machine

I'm using Visio 2000 and when I view my page it looks fine but, when I send it or put it on a share and it is viewed by others the text in some of the shapes is moved on top of each other and out of position. They are using visio viewer in sopme case and some are using Visio 2000. What can I do to correct this problem?
