Visio 2000: Turn off autocorrection

According to a microsoft help page, one should be able to turn off
autocorrection under the Tools menu. I have no such option, and no
such tab (or relevant-looking tab) exists under Tools->Options. How
does one turn off autocorrection? (I'm using the Gantt Chart drawing)

Are you sure? There's no autocorrection in Visio 2000.

In later version there is a menu Tools -> AutoCorrect Options.

Something is uncapitalizing the letters that are not the first in a
word. On some boxes (tasks in the Gantt Chart).

Doesn't happen here. Are you sure this isn't being done by some 3rd
party spelling software?

Anything is possible, I doubt it. I didn't install any such thing...
