Visio 2000 - Win XP Pro

Pre-XP Pro, Visio pages opened at the top and usually fit the screen. Since,
image size huge or tiny. Opens below top of page and we can no longer 'print
page' for a hard copy image. IT says there is no connection to the
upgrade.<g>. Suggestions please?
