Visio 2000

I have been reading posts about the Visio 2000. I have a very basic
question, is there no way that a Visio 2000 (without SR1) be upgraded
to MS Visio 2003?

Should 2003 be purchased?

Unfortunately there is no upgraded path from v2000 to anything, so
purchasing a newer version is the path you should consider. v2003 is now
down level so you would probably have to purchase it from somebody other
than MS.
