Visio 2002 / Access 2003 Conflict

I am running Access 2003 from Office 2003 Professional Version. I then
installed Visio 2002, since then my Access 2003 is not working. Everytime I
open a database, I get the window Installing Office Feature. After it
finishes, it tells me message error loading .dll. I have uninstalled Office
2003 and Visio 2002. I went back and first installed Visio 2002 then Office
2003 and it still did not work. HELP I am desperate. I have searched all
over the internet and Microsoft's website and found nothing. Can anyone
assist me
