Visio 2002 and insert picture compression

Is there any way to turn off the compression Visio does to the pictures you
insert? I use Visio to mock up web pages for usability testing and don't like
how it degrades the image quality.

Actually image compression was introduced in Visio 2003. Prior to that
Visio converted all images to bitmaps and stored them uncompressed. You may
be seeing degradation with the conversion to bitmaps.
